Our valued Supervisors oversee several aspects of the unit including, but not limited to:
-Hiring, inspiring, training, developing, promoting, terminating, and disciplining team members
-Supervising and directing employee work
-Ensuring food quality, taste, presentation, guest service, and safety standards are consistently achieved
-Maintaining the unit’s cleanliness and sanitation
-Engaging with guests to ensure pleasant experiences
-Working throughout the restaurant in various positions
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic, organized, and dependable self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who’s able to perform without supervision. Working holidays and weekends might be required. Thorough hands-on training on our proprietary systems and procedures will be provided. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
-Greet our guests enthusiastically with a friendly smile
-Accurately record orders on a cash register
-Collect payment from guests and make change
-Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
-Meet guests’ needs and take steps to solve food or service issues
-Interact with guests to ensure high quality experiences
-Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
-Prepare quality ice cream products, assemble food and beverage orders, and check to make sure they’re correct
-Present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
-Maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
-Attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager
-Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and recipes
-Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
-Prepare food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner
-Present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
-Maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
-Experience working in a restaurant or similar setting
-Shift Lead experience
-Ability to mange a team and over see the floor throughout the shifts
-Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques, ability to obtain food handlers license within 1 week of starting
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
-Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
