As the Staff Accountant, you will partner with the Assistant Controller and Manager of Credit and Collections to support the day-to-day accounting operations within the manufacturing divisions of Moore.

Your impact:

Performs daily cash management responsibilities including booking daily banking activity, maintaining the daily cash flow and billings/booking records.

Processes daily billing and invoices, including invoice distribution.

Reporting responsibilities include updating of quarterly reports and monthly projections.

Performs monthly bank reconciliations.

Assists Assistant Controller with month-end closing process.

Processes credit card transactions and reviews credit hold releases for accounts with pending orders.
- Reviews and responds to customer inquiries.
Your Profile:
-
At least 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in combination with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Additional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
