Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager - Key Accounts, Protein Ingredients for North America is a key member of the Protein Ingredients team. In this role, you will be responsible for starting and managing relationships with key multinational and regional accounts that drive revenue and profitability for the company.
Core Functions:
- Generate customer interest in Bunge’s plant-based ingredient offerings and grow sales in line with Business Unit expectations.
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with major corporate and regional accounts.
- Work with key internal stakeholders across the value chain to enable excellence in operations and unlock value contributing to profitability
- Be involved in defining the definition, documentation, and execution of business growth strategies at a global level (portfolio, markets, trading partners, prices, margins, priorities, supply chain, etc.) and business critical decisions
- Participate in industry and customer events and assist in the creation of appropriate value propositions for targeted customer segments
- Assist in the demand planning process
Skills/Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of industry experience in commercializing value-added ingredients.
Knowledge and existing relationships with principle processed meat players and CPG’s preferred
Knowledge and existing relationships with principle players in the Feed and Pet Nutrition segments is optimal
Minimum of undergraduate degree in a business or technical field, Business or Technical related field, graduate degree preferred.
Prior responsibility in managing a P&L
Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and develop a distributed sales organization
Excellent communication skills with customers, senior management, and subordinates
Experience operating in complex, cross-functional organizations
The expected salary for this position is $124,800 - $140,400 USD. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
