Job Summary:
We are a property management group seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. These properties include single family homes, multi-family homes, and apartment building
Responsibilities:
- Complete home/maintenance repairs effectively in a timely manner.
- Maintain constant communication with the maintenance coordinator, team members, other maintenance technicians and property residents.
- Must be able to use a smart phone to receive and appropriately document work via our property management software.
- Must be self sufficient and able to create, maintain, and communicate a schedule based on the work orders received.
- Must be able to prioritize based on location, time, and severity of repair.
- Must be able to work well in a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment and able to be flexible with your schedule as more emergent situations arise.
- Must be willing to learn and be taught new skills.
- Must be able to clean worksites and construction debris.
