Senior Helpers, a leading franchised provider of in-home care services for seniors, is seeking an Recruiter for our Denver franchise location in Northglenn CO. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR Manager to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation & Benefits:
The Recruiter position at Senior Helpers - Denver will receive a competitive hourly wage of $25-30 an hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and Scheduler to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach.
- Evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the position.
- Screen caregivers and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and help with orientations.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Provide guidance on interview processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
· Some on call hours maybe necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel
