Housekeeper for the Villa
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to join our team in maintaining a large private residence. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented, contributing to a professional, discreet, and non-gossiping environment. Teamwork and effective communication are essential to ensure the household runs smoothly.
Housekeeping Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently during shifts, as each housekeeper usually works alone.
- Perform light food preparation, including heating up meals prepared by the chef, and preparing simple items like eggs, sandwiches, soup, and cappuccinos.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters.
- Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, living areas, and restrooms.
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep carpets and floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens.
- Replenish toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and other toiletries.
- Empty and clean trash cans and replace liners.
- Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen gadgets, and appliances.
- Tidy and organize personal items, drawers, closets, and storage spaces in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Wash, dry, iron, fold, and put away laundry.
- Report maintenance issues and perform minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs.
- Deep clean various household items and areas as needed.
- Assist with special cleaning projects, such as seasonal deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household items, and notify the manager when replacements are needed.
- Handle and care for delicate fabrics, antiques, and high-value items appropriately.
- Provide support during household events, including setup, service, and cleanup.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all household and family matters.

Work Hours:
- Saturday: 7am – 5pm
- Tuesday-Friday: 2pm-10pm
- Some flexibility required (come in early or stay late occasionally)

Additional Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Background check and references required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
