As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, leading and growing an exceptional team, and achieving financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Hire, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance closely, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle guest concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with corporate headquarters and participate in regular reporting.
Qualifications:
- Hotel experience recommended but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
