If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. We are seeking an Entry-Level Support Specialist / POS Technician with a weekend on-call rotation. Please note that this is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions to complex problems.
- Participate in the weekend on-call rotation.
- Contribute to projects assisting the service department.
- Preparation, installation, and repair of Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
- Effective communication with customers.
- Travel required within and out of the state.
- Learn and develop expertise in hardware, networking, and POS-related systems.
- Daily interaction with clients and contractors, requiring exceptional people skills.
- General knowledge of the restaurant, grocery, and/or retail industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Self-starter with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Work well under deadlines, be detail-oriented, motivated, and project-driven.
- Maintain a good driving record and be able to travel to customer sites.

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Full-time availability, with the potential for overtime.
