Position Title: Food Server
Job Summary: We are currently seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food Servers at our hotel's dining establishments. The Food Server plays a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Responsibilities:
Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly and provide menus upon seating.

Assist guests in making menu selections and answer any questions about menu items.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests' tables.

Anticipate guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Table Maintenance:

Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.

Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set before seating guests.

Monitor dining areas and promptly clean up spills or messes as needed.

Reset tables efficiently for the next guests, ensuring a smooth turnover.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas at all times.
Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.

Coordinate with other servers and restaurant staff to provide seamless service.

Work as part of a team to meet service standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as hosting, bussing tables, or running food.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
