Account Executive
DEP is seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Account Executive with outstanding written/verbal communication and analytical skills. Automotive experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:

Maintaining and building client relationships

Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience

Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
-
Staying on top of industry trends
-
Conduct dealer training
-
Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
-
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Required Skills:

Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual

Ability to manage multiple accounts

The ability to remain cool under pressure

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
