**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Field Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Field Nurse will provide compassionate care to patients in various settings outside of traditional medical facilities. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor and record patient vital signs - Perform procedures such as catheterization, IV infusions, and gastric lavage - Provide acute pain management and wound care - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care - Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention - Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation - Manage patient cases effectively, ensuring continuity of care **Qualifications:** - Valid nursing license in the state of practice - Proven experience in pediatrics, acute care, or similar settings - Strong anatomy knowledge and clinical skills - Proficiency in vital signs monitoring and IV infusion - Familiarity with case management principles - Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel to patient homes or other off-site locations for care delivery Joining our team as a Field Nurse offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while advancing your nursing career.
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
