Legal Talent Development Specialist
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. is seeking a full-time experienced legal training and development specialist to join our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

Primary responsibilities:
- Design, implement and oversee the training and professional development of attorneys
- Develop, monitor and oversee attorney performance metrics
- Become familiar with existing internal training resources and develop appropriate training curriculums based on practice specific needs
- Collaborate with management/leadership in identifying, developing and retaining strategic top tier lateral attorney hiring
- Work closely with Chief Executive Officer on strategic growth initiatives
- Help to support the Firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Maintain reporting data
- Miscellaneous project work

Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 3 years of prior law firm experience or experience in a similar professional office setting preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in demonstrated knowledge and recruiting expertise
