We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and facilitate workforce efficiency and organization. The ideal candidate has experience in construction management, and a demonstrated history of coordinating workforce needs across various projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating manpower, and company resources to support projects
- Tracking company asset usage, such as company vehicles, trailers, and company housing
- Facilitating communicationbetween field and office
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Management, and Field staff to ensure project goals and company initiatives are met
- Coordinating maintenence of company assets and properties
- Creation of traveling, housing, and per diem arrangements
- Keeping a real time report of manpower needs
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management (5 years Preferred)
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- Proficiency with computer programs and systems (REQUIRED)
- Manpower planning (REQUIRED)
- Stellar communication skills (REQUIRED)
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work environment varies.
- Travel across the front range and out of state required (25% or less)
- This is an in office position, with the potential for hybrid flexibility in the future
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
