- Provide first class customer service to our clients
- Handle large volumes of inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Negotiate payment solutions that meet or exceed our expectations
- Set and exceed your own daily, weekly and monthly goals
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Two years of collection/customer service experience required, preferably in a Call Center
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Top notch negotiation skills
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel a plus
**This position is in office.**
