A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you enjoy working in our call center with our fun and supportive team. Answering phone calls, you assist our customers with scheduling maintenance appointments as well as calls related to service, billing, and other departments. You are always happy to help! Using your sales skills, you make outbound calls to sell our maintenance plans and other products and services. With great accuracy, you also record and process customer payments over the phone. You take great pride in your work and are never bored in our fast-paced call center environment.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in a sales and customer service role

Basic computer skills
A background in construction is preferred, but not required. Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Are you organized and self-motivated?
