We are looking for over-the-phone-diagnosis (troubleshooting representative) for a refrigerator manufactured in the City of Compton
(looking for someone with troubleshooting/call center experience that are willing to learn the refrigeration process and with technical attributes)
Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm
Pay rate $21 / hour
Temp-to-hire position
Responsibilities:
- Resolve service requests by providing accurate over-the-phone diagnosis, troubleshooting and technical support for refrigerators and freezers. Dispatch service technicians on warranty service calls if necessary.
- Document all service history, parts shipments and technical correspondence.
- Perform administrative data entry functions such as product registration, account management, register serial number, inspection report, ect.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Trouble shooting experience
