Gourmet Table Skirts and Linens is one of the largest domestic manufacturers of table linens. We primarily focus on providing linens to the largest hotels and cruise ships in the nation. Our industry took one of the hardest hits during Covid, but business is back! We are currently looking for a receptionist/office assistant.
Who You Are: A reliable person with ability and desire to help out with administrative tasks. As the first point of contact, you must be able to speak clearly and project a positive image. A self starter capable of finding work once tasks are complete.
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service to customers when they call
- Responding quickly to incoming emails from customers
- Assist with filing and organizing documents -
- Maintain office and marketing supplies
- Data entry or manipulation in Excel
- Performs general clerical duties, and administrative tasks.
This position will be full-time position.Regular hours will be 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, with some flexibility.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year office experience. Must possess strong organizational skills; experience using Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Excel Spreadsheets; working knowledge of computer hardware and software;
Skills/Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication.
* Be able to work with numbers and have an understanding of basic mathematical skills.
* Attention to detail
* Quickbooks experience is a plus
* Bilingual a plus (English-Spanish)
