Job Description
Our office is growing and we need someone who we can trust to be a friendly face! The position is full time with flexible hours. Our Customer Service Sales Representative needs to be a customer service expert who would be willing to generate sales and help the agency market through social media, telemarketing, or in person community events.
Salary range: $2,500 - $3,500 per month
Commission structure in place. (will go in depth with an interview)
Responsibilities
● Process customer policy change requests.
● Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
● Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
● Schedule appointments for the agency owner if need be.
● Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
● Solicit insurance from leads produced by you and the agency
Requirements
● Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
● Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
● Great customer service skills.
● Driven and goal-oriented individual.
● Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
● Performing outbound calls and emails on a daily basis
● Meeting the quoting goals set by the agency owner.
● Insurance Experience required
License in Property & Casualty is required
