JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Interaction: Engage with clients via various channels including telephone, in-person meetings, zoom and email.
Support Financial Advisors: Provide high-level support to financial advisors.
Transaction Handling: Resolve client inquiries, and service transactions with custodian (Schwab).
Document Management: Process financial paperwork for onboarding, asset transfers and maintain accurate records.
Administrative Functions: Key skills including prioritization, attention to details, multitasking, adaptability, time management & flexibility.
Portfolio Management: Create and maintain confidential client portfolio reports using Orion software.
Compliance Oversight: Assist in ensuring adherence to securities regulations.
Client Relationship Management: Update client statuses, meeting preparation, and input meeting notes into CRM.
Organizational Tasks: Maintain electronic client files, set up and manage clients' RMDs, and coordinate investment advisor appointments.
Prospecting: Conduct introductory calls and event screening calls.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in the finance industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Licenses: Must hold FINRA Securities Licenses Series 65 or 66 or willingness to obtain.
- Skills: Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM software like Wealthbox.

- Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
- Benefits: Include 401(k) with matching, health insurance, and paid time off.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with bonus opportunities available.
