Main Objectives
Pro-actively manage, on a shift basis, all landside/airside activities of the deployed staff to Bahrain Airport Services, ensuring a safe, compliant, and both operationally, and financially efficient service delivery.
Main Duties
1. Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage the delivery of all manpower and logistics of the group.
2. Directs co-ordinates and supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the airside Operations department. Performs supervisory duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by Management for the position.
3. Provides overall supervision over the activities of assigned personnel in the Ramp area. Includes ensuring that Ground Operations and Baggage Services day-to-day activities are carried out with maximum efficiency according to legislative and customer requirements, updates Ground Equipment for Ground Operations to meet airport changes as international standards.
4. Prepares and establishes costing models to achieve maximum efficiency of deployed manpower.
5. Ensure rate cards are updated to the finance department for monthly invoicing to the clients.
6. Monitor staff deployments to work post mandatory trainings effectively.
7. Roster management to ensure timely update of roasters before the beginning of the month.
8. Monitor workflows sent all divisions during the monthly closing and to revise the overtime before management’s approval.
9. Submit accurate working hours of all divisions during the monthly closing to the finance team.
10. Manage staff uniform requests before deployment to work.
11. Manage and control stationary usage across the group.
12. Control stationary usage of all the departments
13. Raise job cards for any maintenance irregularities in BDC’s work sites and accommodation buildings
14. Analyze, compare and approve quotations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
15. Monitor vehicle insurance expiry and yearly passing.
16. Ensure a detailed Accident and Incident report is completed, as required, as well as Airport compliance procedures.
17. Ensure that all Bahrain Airport Services and Airport Authority Emergency Orders are adhered to, as required.
18. Complies with the Company and Airport authorities’ health, safety, and security regulations
19. Ensure direct reports (All Airside Staff) are fully briefed and aware of their responsibilities at all times. Implements and adheres to the risk management systems.
20. Ensure that all services provided are recorded accurately for recharge.
21. Maintain record of airport passes renewals/expiries to avoid any lapse in the operations.
22. Provides Management with Accident/Incident reports as required after full investigation and recommendations for corrective action.
23. Ensure company uniform and grooming standards are being adhered to by all deployed Airside/Landside staff at all times.
24. Attend and complete all mandatory training courses as required.
25. Assess the procedures of the client (Bahrain Airport Services) continually for possible improvement of personnel and provided service.
26. Manage rental agreements of accommodation buildings, pest control and other external contract labor agreements
27. Manage yearly leave plan for staff with the line supervisors.
28. Perform and manage department Performance Management System (PMS) annually with quarterly reviews.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelors or Masters in logistics Management
Experience: Should have a working experience of at least 5 to 10 years.
Other Essential Requirements:
Must have GTS
o Knowledge of written and spoken English.
o Attention to Detail and Quality.
o Communication Skills.
o Computer Literacy with excellent proficiency in using excel and other ERP systems related to supply chain management.

Pay: $103,487.00 - $113,452.00 per year
