Leadership and Team Management:

- Maintain high customer service standards to exceed expectations.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service quality.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Implement streamlined processes for vehicle diagnostics, repair recommendations, and parts procurement.
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide guidance to technicians, ensuring work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality assessments to uphold service excellence.
- Stay updated on automotive technologies and trends.
Facility Management:
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Work with suppliers to manage inventory effectively.
- Address facility maintenance promptly to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive management roles preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
