Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a SharePoint Developer (Web Development, Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Patuxent River, MD location. This position will develop and maintain customer requested web-based form products.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage all details from the form to the automation workflows.
- Develop and maintain custom InfoPath/HTML forms, site permissions, site users, site workflows (Custom/OOB), content filters, web based custom form development, custom lists/libraries/sites, and all automation efforts.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows providing automated approval, email notifications, automated creation in other lists/libraries, and custom views of the submissions.
- Develop user interfaces and branding of SharePoint sites within SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online Environments.
- Create, deploy, and maintain responsive SharePoint website designs with master pages, page layouts, themes, and display templates.
- Manage all site content types, form libraries, lists, document libraries, and navigation.
- Create, update, and process management changes within the automation system to include routing, security, and informational workflow information.
- Install the applicable SharePoint applications and software onto the appropriate computer operating systems.

Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience working with professional software development languages such as .NET, .NET Core, Azure, Office 365 and related Microsoft technologies
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) systems.
- Direct experience with HTML, CSS, and other front-end languages
Desired Qualifications
- Experience administering M365 Teams systems.
- Previous experience working with SharePoint Servers
- Experience with coding languages with Python, C++, and Java
- Experience with other Microsoft products such as Azure, Sentinel, etc.
- Exposure to any JS frameworks such as ReactJS and AngularJS
- Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college. A high school diploma and an additional four (4) years of work experience related to the position or an Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college plus two (2) years of additional work experience related to the position may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Clearance

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $62,000 - $92,000 per year.
