A day in the life
Prologis is looking for a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to assist with marketing initiatives including social media management, email marketing, content writing, and other online activities. In this dynamic role, you will work directly with the Leasing team, Regional Leasing and Marketing Manager, and the Market Officer to develop marketing programs, set strategies, and execute KPI-focused marketing initiatives.
Specifically, the ideal candidate should be prepared to assist with digital marketing initiatives to help create compelling and engaging content for our customers. Additionally, this fast-paced position will work with the Americas and Global marketing team to communicate and effectively position key wins and company announcements both internally and externally.
As a true partner to the business, the role serves as the primary driver behind the successful marketing of our real estate portfolio and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and coordinate sales material for Leasing, Capital Deployment and Prologis Essentials.

Support all activities pertaining to Leasing, including but not limited to scheduling, organizing, reporting , coordinating, and other administrative responsibilities

Assist with drafting, review and editing of real estate documentation

Contribute to delivering a range of diverse property marketing activities such as product positioning, property events, and product campaigns.

Create portfolio tour books, stacking plans, pitch decks, and other miscellaneous company-branded materials.

Assist with creating and implementation of special events for brokers, customers and the office

Research, create, order, and manage unique branded gifts for customers.

Support internal communication initiatives and assist in writing copy for all marketing campaigns (newsletters, e-blasts, etc.).

Collaborate with peers across markets to help build exposure for the Prologis brand within individual markets through local events and business sponsorships.

Manage the market's digital assets in the company's digital asset management system.
Building blocks for success
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for Prologis and the company's mission. Interest in the real estate industry is a plus.

High energy with the ability to work independently and with minimal direction. Confidentiality on sensitive material is a must. Ability to work on multiple projects at a time, strong attention to detail, and an appreciation for great customer experience. In-depth knowledge of digital and email marketing management tools, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Ability to understand plans - reproduce and integrate them into marketing materials.
Hiring Salary Range of: $25.48 - $35.00 / hourly. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target ) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
