WIRELESS CUSTOMER SPECIALIST - THIS IS A FULL TIME ON-SITE POSITION WORKING IN RETAIL.

We leverage a scalable customer relations model & train our talented Customer Specialist to prepare, launch, and optimize every product and service campaign in order to drive sales and increase customer awareness. They're a trusted customer acquisition partner for top tier technology & telecommunication companies nationwide that appeal to the average consumer market, and they are seeking talented individuals to join their growing retail dropship team! This role is not remote and is a face to face customer service & sales role.
Enhancing the customer experience to build customer loyalty is the primary focus of all our client's campaigns. To this end, their resources and expertise are tailored to enhance knowledge about market dynamics and consumer engagement to drive sales production. Companies thrive as a result of our clients unique experience and skill, and they are equally dedicated to treat their customers as their own. Again this is an in person role working with customers in store.
As a Customer Specialist, you will:
- Be Trained as "on the job" training paid hourly.
- Listen, understand, and take quick action to close sales. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved.
- Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals to close sales.
- Process store upgrades, downgrades, new product purchases and facilitates delivery and installation efficiently and effectively and work on our POS system.
- Maintain excellent time management, professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple projects and responsibilities.

What You Need to Get Started as a Customer Specialist:
- 1-2 years in a customer based role or retail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and a track record of success with customer-facing roles
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multi-task during the course of a business day
- Tech-savvy, or the ability to pick up concepts quickly you will be working on your phone tablet or computer
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills
- Forward thinking and goal oriented
