Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. You will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or other medical conditions. Duties: - Evaluate patients' medical history and assess their physical condition - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals - Implement therapeutic exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Skills: - Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion - Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting - Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with common conditions and diagnoses - Specialization in pediatrics is a plus - Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques - Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - CPR certification We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
