Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
- Document resident information and maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like PointClickCare.
- Educate residents and their families on healthcare prcedures,medications, and self-care techniques.
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Maintain infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
Skills:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems like Athenahealth is a plus.
- Experience in providing specialized care for patients with dementia or cognitive impairments is preferred.
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is a plus.

For second and third shifts we offer a $4 shift differential per hour on top of the base rate.
