The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, including building and equipment maintenance, security, vendor management. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that the facilities are safe, operational, and in good condition. The Facilities Coordinator may receive direction from various leaders and must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee the corporate office and warehouse building; ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Perform maintenance around facility as needed; drywall work, painting, repairs, leaks, etc.,
- Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance tasks with outside vendors, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships with janitorial service providers.
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on equipment, such as forklifts and end rider pallet jacks and complete daily paperwork and documentation.
- Support the development of safety policies and procedures, partner with leaders to conduct safety drills, and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
- Work with fire marshal on permitting as needed
- Install electronic equipment such as TV’s, office cabling, etc.,
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Track costs and replenish supplies as needed
- Assist in space planning and allocation for office and warehouse areas.
- Coordinate office moves, reconfigurations, and furniture arrangements.

Qualification, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Proactively assess needs and manage to do’s with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret instructions in both written and verbal form, and have the ability to problem solve and complete tasks independently and timely
- Ability to ride scissor lifts and climb ladders
- Skilled in handyman abilities to repair or replace broken / worn out items
- Ability to gain trust across teams and become a go-to person for all facility related issues
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Email
- Must be able to commute to office in Grapevine, TX
- Eagerness to help others and jump in wherever needed
