We are seeking a Residency-Trained Dentist to join a team as the Dental Residency Director in Michigan City, IN. In this role, you will oversee the dental residency program, ensuring its educational quality and program accreditation, while also providing comprehensive dental care to patients. This position involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities, collaborating with other providers and reporting to the Chief Dental Officer.
The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited Advanced Education in General Dentistry or General Practice Residency program. You will manage the residency budget, faculty, and resident progress, and ensure compliance with CODA accreditation standards. Additionally, you will provide routine and emergency dental services, supervise dental staff, and engage in quality improvement initiatives aligned with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) standards.
