We are looking for a highly talented, creative, execution-oriented, and passionate Head of Marketing /Business Development. KNOWLEDGE IN MOVING INDUSTRY.
The most important characteristic we are looking for is someone who will take initiative to figure out what to do and get it done—this requires thoughtfulness and taking ownership of your role and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, print, and display advertising campaigns.
- Run, analyze, and optimize paid search platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Assess, cultivate, and implement strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with partners and develop co-branded marketing strategies.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the brand.
- Design and organize creative offline and online marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and be their main point of contact within the organization (marketing to our B2B partners/merchants)
- Determine budget requirements for marketing campaigns and initiatives and ensure budgets are maintained.
- Manage communication channels including company website, blog, social media presence, press and other publicity.
- Lead our social media presence and related content strategy.
- Manage content generation and distribution.
- Be creative, review, and edit site content, articles, and posts.
- Work on all public relations activities to generate greater brand awareness for Imperial Movers
- Monitor online reputation across review platforms and other feedback websites.
- Manage marketing plans, media plans and calendars for all marketing and production efforts.
- Coordinate sponsorship of local and national events to increase brand awareness.
- Develop creative direction and messaging when building out marketing campaigns with the design staff.
- Closely monitor market trends and specific competitors and make formal recommendations on ways we can improve.
- Provide marketing support to other areas and departments as needed.
Requirements:
. EXPERIENCE IN MOVING COMPANY
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- 3+ years marketing experience within an internet startup
- Ability to manage relationships and partnerships with individuals, organizations, and communities.
- Ability to interact effectively with various constituents at a company including C-level leaders.
- Experience with Google analytics.
- 1-2 years of experience managing social media platform/activities
- Knowledge of social media best practices
- Excellent organization, communication and writing skills.
- Highly motivated and entrepreneurial
- Enthusiastic, creative, and professional
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as needed.
