Established in 1994, TGH Imaging, formerly known as Tower Radiology, is one of the largest outpatient radiology practices in West Central Florida, with 21 locations in four counties. Marketing Coordinator
Summary
In partnership with the leadership team, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies that drive growth for TGH Imaging. This position will execute digital and traditional tactics, integrating communications across various mediums. The role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and have strong day-to-day interactions with cross-functional teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Collaborate with agency partners to execute digital campaigns, including SEO, paid search, display, online audio, online video, social media, and email marketing.
- Assist in producing and editing marketing materials with the graphic designer for the business development team, operations, advertising campaigns, publications, and special events, including flyers, brochures, posters, print ads, and direct mail.
- Participate in the conceptualization and creative process, moving projects through design iterations and approval processes.
- Support planning and execution of various internal and external events. Including ribbon cuttings, team member events, community outreach opportunities, sponsorship events, tradeshows, and business development networking. Occasional after-hours and weekend event setup work.
- Observe the marketing department workflow to anticipate needed supplies and look for opportunities to support leaders. Maintain daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities to keep the department on schedule.
- Maintain, organize, and distribute marketing collateral and promotional inventory daily with collaboration across departments.
- Ability to utilize content management systems to maintain and update business listings, employee portals, social pages, and assist in company website projects.
- Write, edit, and proof content as needed for both traditional and digital channels.
- Work in a highly interactive and cross-functional position, collaborating with multiple team members across various disciplines and departments.
- Ensure all marketing collateral developed meets the company brand standards and guidelines. Observe and collaborate with other departments and outside vendors to help maintain brand standards internally and externally.
- Maintain a highly active email inbox, Teams platform messaging, and department phone daily and promptly.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. is essential to maintain marketing supplies inventory, receive supply deliveries, and assist with event/tradeshow setup.

Knowledge & Skills Preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload across multiple projects.
- Excellent writing, communication and skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization skills a must, and project management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all types of audiences.
- Computer skills are required, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel.
- Proficient in Adobe Reader and Pro. Moderate Photoshop skills are a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented, remain calm under pressure, and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be a team player, able to collaborate, influence, and build consensus.
- Must professionally conduct themselves at all times.
- Must be hard-working and ethical.
Education / Experience
- Minimum of 4-year college degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years’ experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Physical/Mental Demands and Traits
· Requires standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
· Requires sitting, working at computer and phone at least 8 hours a day.
· Requires working over regular normal hours when needed.
Environment/Working Conditions
· Work is performed in an office setting, which is well-lit and ventilated with adequate space. Involves continuous contact with team members, executives, patients and outside sources. Occasional stress related to workload and/or deadlines.
