MOVIN’
As District Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of restaurants, typically 6-8 and report to the Regional Operations Manager. You will also develop and implement strategies to assist your region in meeting its goals and supporting overall business objectives. Additional key areas of responsibility include:
· Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers.
· Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
· Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained.
- Attaining high levels of guest satisfaction by instilling a sense of urgency around guest service among all employees
- Recruiting, training and developing qualified Restaurant Managers and fostering a learning environment throughout all restaurants
- Maintaining A-rated restaurants in full compliance with Dunkin' Donuts operational guidelines and food safety standards
- Growing sales by creating and implementing customized marketing plans and driving Managers and employees to achieve targeted goals
- Meeting budgetary requirements for controls by utilizing technology to analyze trends and taking action to impact the bottom line

WINNIN’
· You have at least twelve months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience managing multiple locations.
· You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
· You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
