Job Overview:

Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Enter data from service tickets to billing and invoicing software
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Assist with work order entry and processing
- Transcribe notes and correspondence as needed
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Dispatch Plumbers and Technicians to service calls
- Create purchases orders for vendors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or office environment
- Knowledge office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity administrative tasks is advantageous
- Proficiency in data entry and using office software applications
- Ability to handle confidential information securely
