What You'll Do
As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency and scalability. Initially, you will focus on evolving our payment operations. This includes ensuring the smooth processing of payments, optimizing payment workflows, and enhancing the overall payment experience for users on both sides of our enrichment marketplace. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while gaining valuable experience in the fast-paced EdTech industry.
In this job, your primary areas of responsibility will be:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless execution on strategic initiatives.

Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize workflows and resource allocation.

Analyze data and identify key metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth procurement and fulfillment.

Assist with financial planning and budgeting, collaborating with the finance team.

Wear the "operations hat" and tackle any challenge that comes your way, from vendor contracts to travel arrangements.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is preferred but not required.

You have 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with exposure to the education sector.
