Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, food preparation, and company policies
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee growth
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and attract new customers
- Manage banquet events and coordinate with event planners to ensure successful execution
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in supervising staff, providing constructive feedback, and resolving conflicts
- Experience in coffee industry is a plus
