Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food production.
- Ensure efficient and effective inventory control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise employees to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and enforce food safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead by example and foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and food production processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
