Responsibilities for the Customer Account Representative:
- Responsible for communicating updates on all company projects including correspondence with Project Managers and Sales Teams
- Analyze reports utilizing Excel Pivot tables and VLookups to extract data and provide resolutions
- Work with high level executives and clients to coordinate logistics
- Work with Sales Leaders to manage customer accounts while building strong relationships
- Work with customers to identify issues, concerns, and resolve in a timely manner
- Communicate with production, shipping or warehouse personnel to determine shipment statuses
- Respond quickly and courteously to all potential customers via phone and email
- Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel Experience including Pivot Tables and VLookup
- SAP Experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Must be willing to learn industry products and terms
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40-hour work week)
