We are hiring for multiple Remote Florida sales people! We are looking for the right candidates in the following Florida markets; to be eligible you must reside in the market that you are interested in:
- North West (Panama City, Pensacola, Tallahassee)

Position Summary:
Develop new customers and accounts in a dedicated Florida market/territory. Execute account onboarding, recommend proper product mix for each retailer, and work cross-functionally with internal partners - i.e., Marketing, Product Design and Finance to develop effective retailer/shopper insights, sales materials and presentations. Facilitate and track orders (in-take, shipping, receiving, and issue resolution). Provide price quotes and promotional recommendations for account base. Actively travel within an assigned territory to develop new retail account partners, and provide progress reports and consistent performance updates in accordance with sales department practices.
Essential Functions:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers within the assigned region through activities including market visits, cold calling, networking, and online research

Customer Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential customers, build rapport, and maintain relationships to understand their needs and recommend products

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales plans to develop new business and grow current business within the assigned region

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Effectively communicate the brand story, product usage occasions, and unique features and benefits of Tervis products to potential clients through presentations, product samples and other sales materials

Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and follow-up on leads in a timely manner to ensure a steady flow of prospects and new customers to maximize conversion rates

Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, new product launches and exceptional customer service

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and development

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client interaction and sales forecasts, using CRM software or other designated tools

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay current on Tervis products, competitor products, industry standards, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self-directed learning initiatives, market research and desk research

Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and business activities

Travel as Required: Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and other events, as necessary to ensure consistent connections with customers and prospects

Experience and Skills:

Some experience in a sales or customer-facing role (Summer/College job)

Prior customer service experience preferred

Job Benefits:-
Pay Rate - non-exempt, $35,000 annualized + Commission

5% commission on all new accounts
- 3% commission on all sales for accounts who have not purchased within the last year
