Lead Technician for Low Voltage Systems is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems, including but not limited to network cabling, access control, security systems, nurse call and fire alarms. This role involves supervising a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and deliverig high-quality service to clients.
Must be able to lead the team effectively and have open and clear communication with the Project Manager. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with team members and deliver project progress reports to the Project manager and upper management.
Proven leadership is a must.
