StoneGate Senior Living provides support services to over 30 state-of-the-art senior care communities located in Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma. We are seeking an exceptional Regional Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance services to our supported facilities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The Regional Maintenance Director will report to our VP of Asset Management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with, support and train maintenance staff in facilities across the DFW area.
- Conduct various types of inspections as directed by the VP of Asset Management.
- Manage contractor and service company relationships.
- Monitor TELS use and performance in supported facilities.
- Perform hands-on work as needed; including, but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, hardware repairs & adjustments, HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks. Must have a good understanding and be proficient in all of these skills.
- Monitor or participate in building and equipment renovations, remodeling, or replacement projects.
- Manage regional maintenance assistant if one is on staff.
- Fill in as needed for facility Maintenance Directors when they are out of the facility.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirement and Qualifications:
- Must have experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities as an area or Regional Maintenance Director.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Competent use of phone and computer for basic tasks such as email and working in our web-based TELS task management system.
- Able to tactfully communicate with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
- Able to conduct mock life safety surveys and productively interact with federal and state surveyors when they are on facility premises.
- Working knowledge of fire alarm, nurse call and emergency electrical systems.
- Regular, dependable, and reliable attendance.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
