We are hiring for a specialized Customer Service Representative! In this full-time opportunity, you will provide advanced customer service and support to internal and external clients. Position Details:
- Responds to inbound phone calls to support client insurance accounts.
- Resolves customer problems fairly and in a timely manner.
- Maintains an accurate recording of all internal and external communication.
- Uses multiple software applications in order to respond to all client inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- College Degree preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Insurance experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- US citizen or permanent resident status
- Completion of a background check
