Roca Tile USA is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor in our new and growing branch in Alpharetta, GA.
The Customer Service Supervisor position is primarily responsible for servicing the customers through the knowledge of our organization, its services and products. The main objective is to provide excellent service not only in account administration but also sales. An exceptional Customer Service Representative must have the ability to work as the liaison between the Customer, Logistics, Sales, Finance and other Operational areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receive and process orders and payments sent by customers
· Quote and/or calculate the merchandise to be charged to the customer
· Register shipments and maintain an accurate record of shipments and truck logs
· Provide customers with accurate information pertaining to tracking of orders, estimated delivery dates, pricing and availability of product.
· Efficiently resolve customer requests, questions and complaints frequently
· Follow up on pending orders, shipments and back orders
· Evaluate and assist in reconciling accounts and submit for approval
· Submit Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for approval and coordinate Logistics returns
· Generate and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
· Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific product solutions
· Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase satisfaction and transaction profitability
· Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required, Pursuing College degree preferred
· 3+ years of Customer Service/Sales experience
· Energetic and driven to achieve goals
· Able to work in a multifaceted, customer service oriented team
· Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
· Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact
· Excellent people and customer service skills
· Strong telephone skills/etiquette
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Experience using Oracle, SAP, AS400 or similar preferred
· Bilingual- English/Spanish preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
