The IT Support Engineer we are looking for is someone who is dedicated to the perfection of their craft, who is consistent and reliable, and someone who takes a systematic approach to everything they do. If you are the type that knows there is only one "right way" to get the job done (as it should be) and will hunt down the facts to get the job done right, then you are going to love this role. The IT Support Engineer will enjoy an environment filled with other team players, ready to help provide the information you need to be successful. In this role, you will be bringing your analytical skills to the table in order to solve complex problems. Your casual and informative nature will be a breath of fresh air to our clients as you help them resolve their requests. Through building long-term relationships with your assigned clients, you will be working hand in hand with your team to create a harmonic relationship between Velo and your clients.

Strong IT fundamentals are a must… understanding of DNS, LAN/WAN architecture, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 systems are all critical must-have skills.
