Position: Mobile Repair Tech & In Store Repair Tech
Highlights:
- We are looking for a repair technician who is customer service oriented, well groomed, punctual, assertive, positive, team player and motivated.
- Devices that will be serviced are iPhones, Samsung Galaxy line, and Google Pixels. They will be serviced for a screen repairs or battery replacements.
- We provide a work van, travel expenses, and the equipment needed for each repair.
- Pay is Hourly + Commissions on sales of phone accessories, extended warranty plans and other upsells. You will have many opportunities to make these sales since we have a steady flow of customers daily.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sales and understanding the fundamentals of the customer needs.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, potential problem solving and providing solutions.
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Positive, professional and assertive attitude!
understand store flow, remote tech flow and store and van operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of all operations.
- MUST have a driver's license and over the age of 21
- MUST be able to pass a background check, driving record screening, and drug screening.
- Driving record must be clean
Basic Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills
The ability to operating in high pressure situations
- Strong interest in technology
- No repair experience is necessary because we provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
- Ability to work well in team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications
If you have experience, that will be a huge plus.
