Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a talented team of nail technicians and support staff.
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards.
- Manage staff schedules and oversee recruitment and performance evaluations.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure every client receives a luxurious and personalized experience.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and upscale atmosphere.
Operational Management:
- Oversee front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins/outs.
- Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders.
Business Development:
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Analyze business performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as the main liaison between staff and the owner.
- Collaborate with the social media manager on engaging strategies.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and industry professionals.
Rebranding Support:
- Play a key role in the salon’s rebranding efforts.
- Ensure new brand standards are implemented consistently across operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role within the beauty or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge in Eastern European Nail Technique
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in salon management software.
- Passion for beauty and wellness.
- Russian speaker preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
