Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 6 Months with the possibility of extension
Job Summary: The Marketing Communications Specialist will manage and oversee financial operations related to our investor relations activities. This includes quarterly reporting, fundraising, marketing, valuation processes, and coordination of investor meetings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quarterly Reporting - Summary Fund Report (SFR) & Quarterly Investor Report (QFR):
- Update fund-level performance (SFR & QFR) and investor letter (QFR only).
- Perform outreach to the investment team for portfolio company data and compile quarterly company updates and financial stats (QFR only).
- Coordinate review by fund admin and fund governance (SFR & QFR).
- Coordinate posting of reports with internal and outsourced investor services teams (SFR & QFR).
- Handling RFPS
Fundraising / Marketing:
Pitchbook:
- Update the deck for quarterly performance updates and other updates.
- Make formatting updates and create new content as needed.
Offering Memorandum Supplements:
- Update Offering Memorandum supplement for the latest performance, new investments, or other updates.
- Arrange review by internal legal and external counsel and incorporate comments.
- Coordinate posting/distribution with Investor Services.
Prospective Investor Due Diligence Requests:
- Assist with the completion of prospective investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and other diligence requests.
- Update PC&E-specific DDQ for the latest performance and any other updates.
Valuation Process:
- Collect and consolidate information from the team.
Annual Meeting / Investor Advisory Committee Meetings:
- Invitations:
- Assist with invite list generation and liaise with the events team on distribution (Annual Meeting only).
- Send calendar invites to Investor Advisory Committee members for bi-annual meetings.
Meeting Materials:
- Collect and consolidate materials from the broader PC&E team.
Additional Attributes:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
