We are looking for a competitive Business Development Representative to help us build up our business activities.
BDR responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, qualifying and building relationships with new sales prospects, and working with members of outsourceIT sales leadership to promote and tailor solutions for these prospects to ensure customer conversion.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through prospect calling, emailing, networking, and social media
- Participate with lead generation and manage data quality of assigned leads
- Qualify prospect clients, promote products and services, and identify ways we can be helpful
- Orchestrate meetings and other milestones associated with our sales process
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets – calls, emails, conversations, appointments, etc.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Assist w/ contract negotiations with direction from Sales Leadership
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Pay: $46,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
