We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring exceptional service is provided to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the customer service team, providing guidance and support
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service is being delivered
- Train new customer service representatives and cashiers
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily bookwork, must be able to do the daily books for the front end of the store
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using POS system
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
