Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role combines visual design expertise with e-commerce platform management skills to enhance our brand presence and improve online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create Visual Content: Design compelling graphics, images, banners, and promotional materials for our website, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look across all digital platforms.
Product Imagery: Develop high-quality product images, including editing and retouching photos to enhance their appeal.
Marketing Materials: Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and infographics for online and offline use.
E-commerce Management:
5. Platform Management: Manage and update Shopify with new products, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
User Experience (UX): Enhance the user experience on our website by designing intuitive and visually appealing layouts, navigation, and functionality.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in product descriptions, images, and other content to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to inform strategy adjustments.
Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute e-commerce promotions and sales campaigns, including setting up discount codes and special offers.
Customer Experience: Collaborate with customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address any online shopping issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing e-commerce-related work.
Hands-on experience managing shopify.
Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
Familiarity with SEO techniques and e-commerce analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
