What we’re looking for
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Must have Arizona State Pharmacy Technician License
Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, coaching, mentorship

This position offers a competitive compensation starting at $60,000, with potential for higher earnings based on the candidate's level of experience and expertise.
Job Summary
The Order Entry Supervisor is a leadership position within the Order Entry department, reporting directly to the Order Entry Manager. As an Order Entry Supervisor, you will be accountable for the performance and management of a team within the Order Entry department. This includes interviewing and hiring, coaching and development, and retention and performance management of Order Entry Technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring key performance metrics are achieved, both at an individual and team level. This role will also be responsible for performing the activities of an Order Entry technician as necessary. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, an ability to develop and lead a productive and engaged team, effective written and verbal communication, and remain adaptable and flexible to business needs.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop a team of 15-20 Order Entry pharmacy technicians, ensuring associates are achieving goals and following established policies
Maintain standards for team-member performance management, retention, and continuous training programs
Implement and apply standard processes and procedures related to order entry functions
Provide regular reporting and updates to the pharmacy leadership team regarding the performance of the team
Collaborate with other Order Entry Supervisors and colleagues in fulfillment on shared departmental priorities
Anticipate and advocate for change in the department due to internal and external influences
Regularly contribute to the workflow of the pharmacy by completing order entry activities
Ensure Order Entry meets its commitments for pharmacy run times and exceeds expectations of our customers performing fulfillment
Monitor daily workflow and make appropriate staffing changes
