Action Property Management seeks a full-time Access Control Officer for our luxury high-rise association, Azzurra, located in Marina del Rey, CA.
- Security Presence: Maintain constant security presence inside and outside the property, respond to needs as necessary, and patrol common areas regularly to ensure compliance with HOA rules.

Resident and Guest Interaction: Greet residents, guests, and visitors professionally, answer phones, and provide essential concierge services such as taxi reservations and directions.

Property Maintenance: Ensure the kiosk area, lobby, main elevators, and package room are clean and organized, summoning janitorial or maintenance staff when needed.

Documentation and Reporting: Accurately note issues in the Daily Activity Report, communicate with coworkers for smooth shift transitions, and document and report disturbances or suspicious activities.

Emergency and Procedure Compliance: Understand and implement emergency procedures, operate the elevator control system, monitor surveillance cameras, and follow all post instructions and association policies.

6 months of customer service and security experience. Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.

Strong verbal and written communication

Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions-oriented.

Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests.
